What if I don’t know what treatment I need?
That’s absolutely fine. During your consultation, we will discuss your concerns, assess your skin or area of interest and go through the most suitable options. A personalised treatment plan will be created based on your goals and what is safe and appropriate for you.
How can I get in touch?
You can contact me via the WhatsApp button, phone, social media or by completing the contact form on the website. I will get back to you as soon as possible.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment by clicking here, or directly with me on WhatsApp by clicking here. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking, which will be deducted from the final treatment cost.
If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellations within 48 hours or missed appointments will result in loss of the booking fee.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available.
Can I bring someone with me?
For safety and infection control reasons, companions are not permitted during appointments. Treatments involve medical procedures, including the use of needles and medical-grade laser equipment, where a controlled environment is essential. Also, during laser treatments eye protection must be worn at all times.
I’m worried about my English. Will that be a problem?
Not at all. I speak Romanian, English and Italian. We can also use translation tools if needed. I will only proceed with treatment once you fully understand everything and feel comfortable.
