Booking Policy

• All treatments are strictly 18+ 
• I do not offer any treatments to pregnant or breastfeeding women. 
• All the appointments  are subject to a deposit that will be advised at the time of  booking. This will be redeemable against your treatment. The deposit will be taken off the final amount. The booking would not be confirmed until the deposit fee has  been received. If there is a delay in making a deposit  payment, your appointment slot may be allocated to someone else, please do not presume that the slot is available days after we initially discussed. A mobile number must be provided at the time of booking to receive the confirmation.  
• All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE 
• All rescheduling must be completed within 48 hours from your appointment. 
• Rescheduled appointments must be rebooked within four weeks, otherwise the deposit becomes non-refundable. 
• I understand genuine and  unpreventable situations may occur so  letting me know as soon as  possible is very much appreciated 
• Please inform me prior to booking if you have a medical condition or are taking any medication so I can ensure there are no contradictions 
• It is of upmost importance that you read & understand the before/after/maintenance instructions prior to booking so you can make an informed decision 
• If you  have a review appointment (top up) arranged for anti-wrinkle  treatment, this must take place within 3  weeks of your initial appointment. If you do not book an appointment within the specified period, I will be unable to  offer you a free review appointment.   
• Please attend to your appointment alone unless there are special circumstances discussed at the time of the  booking. Children and pets are not allowed in the treatment  room due to health and safety.
