Booking Policy

The booking policy for D.Aesthetics and Laser Warrington explains how appointments are scheduled, deposits are handled and cancellations or rescheduling requests are managed.

    • All treatments are strictly 18+ 
    • I do not offer any treatments to pregnant or breastfeeding women. 
    • A £50 booking fee is required and will be deducted from the final treatment cost.
    • Your appointment is NOT confirmed unless the £50 booking fee has been received in my bank account.DO NOT attend, if you have not paid the booking fee.
    • Please make sure to pay the booking fee immediately after booking to avoid your appointment being taken by another client
    • All booking fees are non-refundable.
    • ANY CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE APPOINTMENT WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF THE £50 BOOKING FEE.
    • Rescheduling must be requested more than 48 hours in advance and rebooked within four weeks or the booking fee is lost.
    • Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in loss of the £50 booking fee.
    • ARRIVING 15 MINUTES OR MORE LATE WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF YOUR APPOINTMENT AND LOSS OF THE £50 BOOKING FEE
    • Please attend your appointment unaccompanied, unless there are special circumstances discussed at the time of the  booking. Children and pets are not allowed in the treatment  room due to health and safety.
